
I’ve been seeing this viral chopped salad all over TikTok, and couldn’t wait to try it myself! It made a HUGE batch, so we’ll be eating this all week which is fine by me because it tastes amazing!
I recommend storing your dressing in a separate container and adding it when you’re ready to eat so it doesn’t get soggy

Viral Chopped Salad

Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 4 oz pack hard salami
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
Dressing Ingredients
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
- Pinch of oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop lettuce, salami, cheese, cucumber, and tomatoes, and add to a large bowl. Mix it up well with your clean hands
- Whisk all ingredients of dressing together, then add to your salad one bowl at a time so it doesn’t get soggy. That’s it - enjoy!
