If you’re busy with work, school, or just life in general and need a super quick meal prep, this one’s for you!! ⏰ Making a sheet pan meal like this is also a great opportunity for a fridge clean-out for all those veggies that are about to go bad that’s what I did)
Calories per serving: 234
Nutrients per serving: 21g protein, 19g carbs, and 8g fat
6 Chicken Sausage (I used the Apple bourbon flavor from Aldi)
1.5 bell peppers
1 head broccoli
1 red onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1. Cut sausages and vegetables into large chunks. Then line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, add all ingredients, spray with olive oil spray, toss well, then bake for 15-20 mins at 400F and enjoy That’s it!
