
Fajitas are a super tasty way to get your protein and vegetables all in one. You can put the mixture into a carb smart tortilla or eat it by itself! I froze most of my fajitas to save for a quick, healthy meal later! I paired mine with some fresh roasted broccoli

Ingredients:
1.5 lb chuck steak (cubed)
3 bell peppers
1 yellow onion
4 cloves garlic
1 packet fajita seasoning
½ tablespoon cinnamon
2 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
Shredded cheddar cheese to taste
Light sour cream to taste
Directions:
1. Prepare vegetables by slicing peppers and onion
2. Heat olive oil in skillet or pan over medium heat. Add peppers, onions, garlic, and steak and sauté for 10–15 mins until steak is no longer pink in the center
3. Add fajita seasoning, cinnamon, and chipotle chili powder to pan and cook for an additional 5 mins
4. Remove from pan and serve over a carb smart tortilla, or in a bowl all by itself. Enjoy!
