
These turkey burger wraps are a fun twist on regular cheeseburgers! They are a great portable meal to grab on the go or even to sit down at home for Taco Tuesday next week

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1 teaspoon olive oil (for cooking)
½ onion
1 jalapeno pepper
1.5 teaspoon chipotle chili powder (separated)
1 teaspoon paprika
1.5 teaspoon cumin
1 tomato
1 avocado
6 whole-wheat tortillas
3 slices pepper jack cheese
¼ cup mayonnaise
Instructions:
1. Chop jalapeno pepper and onion into small bits
2. Place ground turkey burger into large mixing bowl and add chopped onions, jalapeno, 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, and 1.5 teaspoon cumin to bowl. Mix with hands thoroughly.
3. Shape ground turkey mixture into strips that are approximately 2-3 inches wide and 5-6 inches long
4. Pour olive oil into pan and place turkey burger strips into pan to cook. Cook until thoroughly browned on each side and no longer pink in middle (approximately 5-10 minutes)
5. Once turkey burger strips are done cooking, take out of pan and place aside
6. Mix remaining 0.5 teaspoon of chipotle chili powder with ¼ cup mayonnaise in small bowl
7. Spread mayonnaise mixture onto 1 whole-wheat tortilla, place 1 turkey burger strip into wrap and top with ½ slice of pepper jack cheese, 2 slices of tomato, 2 slices of avocado, and lettuce
8. Enjoy!
