

This week’s recipe is a simple snack! I needed something really easy this week, because I was sick with the flu This hummus can be completely assembled in 2 mins and tastes so great! It’s a great snack to bring to work or anywhere on the go
Servings: 6
Calories per serving: 69 cal
Protein per serving: 4 g
Carbs per serving: 11 g
Ingredients:
1 can garbanzo beans
2 tablespoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon dry ranch seasoning
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoon water
Directions:
1. Assemble all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth. That’s it, enjoy!
*PRO TIP* putting hummus and cucumbers (or dipper of choice) into individual containers/bags makes choosing the healthy option easy!
