I don’t always want “breakfast food” for breakfast ♀️ Half the time I’m craving pizza for breakfast, but I don’t really want to start out my day with such a greasy meal to make me feel bad I went out on a limb this morning and tired a pizza omelette to hit my pizza craving, with much more protein to keep me full It turned out even better than expected (this recipe is also Austin-approved) ✅ Try this recipe next time you want to shake up your breakfast routine!

1 teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup part-skim mozzarella cheese
~8-9 slices turkey pepperoni
½ tablespoon pizza sauce (or marinara if you’re in a pinch!)
Olive oil spray
1. In a bowl, combine eggs, oregano, and pepper and whisk well. Spray pan with olive oil spray and place over medium-high heat. Pour in egg mixture (you want to try to make it a circle).
2. Place pepperoni and ½ mozzarella cheese on one side of egg mixture. Cook for ~4 mins, then fold eggs in half.
3. Cook on one side for ~2 mins, then flip. Spread pizza sauce on top and sprinkle remaining half of mozzarella cheese. Cook for an additional 2 mins, then remove from pan and enjoy!
