I hope you all had a fun and safe Labor Day! I’m a few days late posting this week because I was busy enjoying my holiday weekend with friends and family ☀️ If you’re looking for super easy way to spice up your grilling routine, try adding a different seasoning mix! I threw together this lemon-dill mixture in about 2 minutes with ingredients I already had lying around the house This salmon was a huge hit (and super nutritious all at the same time!)
Side note: I’m actually not a huge fan of fish - especially if it’s really fishy. But as long as you avoid the dark spots of salmon and get a nice quality fish (I got mine from Sam’s club) it’s not fishy at all and has a very light taste!

Ingredients:
~15 oz salmon filet
1 tablespoon dried dill
1.5 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
Zest of 1 lemon
Directions:
1. Prepare seasoning by mixing dill, olive oil, garlic powder, pepper, and lemon zest in a small container, then bring down to grill
2. Heat grill to medium-high heat. Pace aluminum foil sheet directly over fire, and place salmon on aluminum foil skin side down. Use a brush to brush dill-mixture on top of salmon. Close grill and cook for ~10 mins.
3. Flip salmon over (very carefully), close grill, and cook for another 5-10 mins. Remove from grill, remove skin, and enjoy!
