This Korean beef is honestly one of my favorite recipes that I’ve posted so far, it’s just so flavorful! I served mine over jasmine rice (but feel free to use cauliflower rice for a low-carb substitute!) Austin says this dish is in the top 3 for Healthfull Cravings (scroll down to see his plate 5 mins after I gave it to him )

Ingredients:
1 lb sirloin
1 yellow onion
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoon brown sugar
⅔ cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon pepper
1 ⅓ cups jasmine rice (cooked)
Directions:
1. Cut sirloin and ½ onion into very thin strips. Cut the other ½ onion into cubes
2. Combine the cubbed half of the onion, sesame seeds, brown sugar, soy sauce, olive oil, and pepper in a blender and blend until liquified.
3. Place beef and sliced half of onion in a bag, then pour liquid mixture into bag to marinate for at least 4 hours (I marinated mine overnight for more flavor)
4. When ready to cook, prepare rice and set aside. Dump contents of bag into pan and sauté until steak starts to get brown “grill” marks
5. Spoon beef over rice, serve with sides (I chose steamed broccoli) and enjoy!
