When I made these honey Sriracha meatballs on Delmarva Life last year, we made them in the crockpot This time we’re making them with the oven The cool thing about these meatballs are that not only do they make the PERFECT appetizer, they’re also the perfect tasty meal prep when you put them over rice or veggies

Servings: 5 (1 serving = ~5 meatballs)

2 lbs lean ground Turkey
1 cup Panko
2-3 green onions (sliced)
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
¼ cup sriracha
¼ cup white wine vinegar
¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon ground ginger
3 cloves minced garlic
1. Preheat oven to 375. Mix turkey, eggs, panko, green onions, and spices well. Then roll into ~1 inch meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 mins
2. While meatballs are cooking, add sriracha, vinegar, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic to a sauce pan and whisk well. Bring to a simmer and allow to simmer for ~10 mins. When meatballs are done, coat them in the sauce and enjoy!
