Looking for an easy breakfast that you can have on the go?? This recipe is so quick and easy when I’m about to run out the door for work - it’s one of my go-to’s! It gives me so many different vitamins and minerals from the fruit and spinach and provides 14g fiber!! (For reference, that’s ⅔ of my recommended fiber for the day) It also contains 20g natural protein to keep me full, and slows the digestion of carbs to give me a slow and steady stream of energy (no spike and crash!)
