Once again, I’m a little late posting this week because we were celebrating Austin’s graduation Now that the weather is nicer, we’ve been grilling out a lot more! ☀️ This meal was so easy to throw together and SO tasty! Grilling out doesn’t mean you always have to have fatty hamburgers and hot dogs, you can make things that are even better, and much more nutritious!
Servings: 3

Carbs per serving: 37 g
Ingredients:
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
5 slices pineapple (I used canned)
½ tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ cup Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce
Directions:
1. Cut chicken and pineapple into cubes. Put chicken and pineapple on skewer in an “every other” pattern. In a small bowl mix paprika and pepper and sprinkle half over one side of sheets, then flip and sprinkle the remaining seasoning.
2. Turn grill on medium-high heat and allow to heat up. Place skewers on aluminum foil on grill and drizzle ⅛ cup of BBQ sauce on top. Cook for 5 mins, flip. Then drizzle another ⅛ cup of BBQ sauce, cook for 5 more mins, then flip. Repeat this step 2 more times until BBQ sauce is gone.
3. Remove from grill and enjoy!
