




I promise after this week I’ll take a break from the 2 ingredient dough ♀️ After having a quite eventful last week, I was really in need of some comfort food. One of my favorites growing up was the chicken pot pie that my mom used to make I used my favorite easy dough recipe and some ingredients I had laying around the house to make this super simple version of my favorite comfort foods Also had to use a cake pan because I didn’t have a pie pan

Ingredients:
2 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
2 cups all purpose flour
3 teaspoon baking powder
12 oz cooked chicken (shredded)
2 cans light cream of chicken soup
½ can peas
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 380 degrees. Prepare 2-ingredient dough by mixing Greek yogurt, flour, and baking powder and roll into circle shape, and cut in half. Then roll each half flat with rolling pin.
2. In a bowl, mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, peas, frozen vegetables, garlic & onion powder, and salt and pepper in a bowl.
3. Spray pan with olive oil spray, then line with ½ the dough. Spoon filling into pan on top of crust, then top with other ½ crust. Cut a star shape in the center to let steam out. Scramble egg in a cup and and brush on top of pie, then place in oven.
4. Bake pie for ~25 mins until top is golden. Cut into 9 pieces, and enjoy!
