
If you’re looking for a meal that you can serve a dozen ways, this one’s for you! ✅ I threw this together pretty quick, all with ingredients I had lying around the house You can put this on top of brown rice (like I did), with a side of veggies, over pasta, or even over tortilla chips like nachos! (Like I did for lunch today)

Ingredients:
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
¼ cup chicken broth
1 block reduced-fat cream cheese
¼ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup light mayonnaise
1 packet dry ranch seasoning
½ cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese
6 slices turkey bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1 head broccoli
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Combine chicken, broth, cream cheese, and dry ranch seasoning in crockpot. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 4 hours. Remove lid and shred chicken. Add mayo, Greek yogurt, cheddar, turkey bacon, and broccoli, then cook for an additional 1-2 hours. That’s it! Serve how you want and enjoy!
