
Well you guys voted OVERWHELMINGLY for this recipe to be posted first, so by popular demand here it is! Austin’s favorite Health_full Cravings recipe is the Creamy Jalapeño Chicken, while one of mine is the Creamy Pork Taquitos... so this week I decided to combine our two favorites + =
Simple ingredient swaps and adjusting portion sizes of ingredients can go a LONG way with improving the nutrition of your food, without sacrificing any flavor!

Calories per serving: 310
Protein per serving: 32g
Carbs per serving: 36g
Fat per serving: 16g (6.1g sat fat)
Ingredients:
14 oz cooked and shredded chicken
4 oz reduced fat cream cheese
⅓ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
4 oz turkey bacon (cooked and crumbled)
2 tablespoon juice from jalapeño jar
¼ cup diced jalapeños
½ cup light shredded cheddar (divided)
1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
6 carb balance wheat tortillas
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine chicken, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, turkey bacon, jalapeño juice, diced jalapeños, ¼ cup shredded cheddar, and everything bagel seasoning in large bowl.
2. Spray 1 side of each tortilla with olive oil spray, then flip over. Spread ⅙ of chicken mixture into each tortilla (on the non-oiled side) and roll up tight. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 8 mins until tortillas are browned.
3. Sprinkle remaining ¼ cup cheese over top, then put back in the oven for 1-2 mins. Top with sliced jalapeños if desired and enjoy!
