






How many of us love Carrabba’s? ♀️ I’m totally obsessed with their chicken Bryan! I always preach to my patients to meal prep something you get excited about - and I definitely get excited for chicken Bryan Using foil packs makes cooking and clean up so much easier! You can cook it in the oven, or on the grill like I did for that smoky flavor
I served mine with grilled zucchini and my homemade mashed cauliflower
Servings: 4
Calories per serving: 292 cal

Ingredients:
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon Basil
1 small onion
4 cloves garlic
4 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoon butter
½ cup White wine
1 pack cherry tomatoes
4 oz Goat cheese
Directions:
1. Cut chicken lengthwise to create thinner breasts, and add to large ziplock bag with oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes. Shake well until breast are evenly coated with spices.
2. Assemble foil packs by placing chicken and tomatoes on aluminum foil and top with basil. Roll up and get ready to cook.
3. Prepare sauce by sautéing onion and garlic in pan. Add lemon juice and white when when onions start to caramelize and simmer for 10 mins, then add butter 1 tablespoon at a time. Then set aside.
4. Cook chicken by grilling until done, or baking in oven at 400 degrees for ~15-20 mins. When chicken is done, top with onion garlic sauce and sprinkle with 1 oz goat cheese and enjoy!
