
This super delicious meal was inspired by one of my patients. She loves cheeseburger meatloaf and eats it often, but it’s not always the healthiest choice. I decided to try a healthier version so I subbed ground turkey instead of ground beef to save on fat and used oats instead of bread crumbs for a boost of fiber! This was so quick to put together and tastes amazing

Calories per serving: 184 cal
Protein per serving: 20 g
Carbs per serving: 10 g
Ingredients:
1.1 lb ground turkey
½ cup old fashioned oats
¼ cup skim milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoon ketchup
2 tablespoon relish (optional)
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning
2 teaspoon onion powder
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
3. Spread mixture into a 9x11 loaf pan and bake in oven for ~60 mins (until internal temperature is 160 degrees)
4. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 mins. Enjoy!
