Ingredients: 1 rotisserie chicken, ¾ cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon dry ranch, ¼ cup hot sauce, 3 stalks celery, ½ onion, and 1 cup chopped carrots
Directions:
1. Pick meat off from bone of rotisserie chicken and set aside
2. Chop celery, carrots, and onion into small bits
3. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl
4. Spoon mixture onto 2 romaine lettuce leaves and enjoy!
