A few weeks ago I was visiting my aunt, and she made Bratwursts for a cookout - ever since then I’ve been craving them like crazy! I used Italian chicken sausage instead of traditional bratwurst to save on some saturated fat (that’s the unhealthy kind). The brats in the store had 16g total fat, with 9g coming from saturated fat Using chicken sausage that’s just as tasty provides only 1g saturated fat per serving
This was so good, the smell even had Lexi licking her lips
