This Big Mac Bowl was inspired by one of my patients who made something similar! I love burgers (I mean who doesn’t?) but I find it hard to fit them into my nutrition goals often This twist on a classic favorite allows you to have all the flavor and comfort of a regular burger, without making you feel terrible afterward!
Scroll down to see how this can make a great meal prep for lunch! Also peep my faithful kitchen helper Lexi eyeing this deliciousness
