I found these really cool multigrain flatbreads at Aldi this weekend, and of course pizza was the first thing that popped into my head ! I always try to make sure my meals have a good source of protein to keep me fuller longer Adding the BBQ chicken helps boost the protein, while also boosting the flavor

Ingredients:
4 Fit & Active multigrain flatbread
12 oz cooked chicken (I just cooked a raw chicken breast!)
2 tablespoon BBQ sauce
½ yellow onion
2 cloves garlic
½ cup pizza sauce
8 oz (about 2 cups) part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Directions:
1. Chop onion and mince garlic. Sauté in a pan over medium-high heat until onions begin to brown, then set aside
2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce and stir well
3. Pre-heat oven to 375. Lay flat bread on surface, spoon on 2 tablespoon pizza sauce and spread around, sprinkle with ½ cup mozzarella, ¼ tablespoon Italian seasoning, 3 oz BBQ chicken, and ¼ of the onion/garlic mixture. Then roll into log shape and place on baking sheet with parchment paper. Repeat until all flat breads are rolled!
4. Bake for 12 mins until edges are crispy, let cool, slice each log into 6ths, and enjoy!
