☕️ Have any of you guys tried the sous vide egg bites from Starbucks?! I tried them for the first time last week while traveling for work and O.M.G. they’re a game changer and perfect to eat on the go! I definitely had to try my own version when I got home I’ve been eating them for breakfast all week and it’s made my morning routine SO much easier I don’t have to plan what to eat, they keep me full until lunch, and they’re SUPER velvety (Not spongy like normal egg muffins)
Really, you could fill these with any veggies or other toppings you want!

Ingredients:
6 large eggs
4 slices turkey bacon cooked and crumbled
½ cup shredded Gruyere cheese
¼ cup 2% cottage cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees, and spray muffin tin with nonstick spray. Add water to a baking dish until ½ full, and place on the bottom rack in the oven.
- Place eggs, cheese, cottage cheese, salt & pepper in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into muffin pan until each section is almost full (should fill 8 slots) then sprinkle with turkey bacon.
- Place muffin tin on top rack (so the pan with the water is on the rack below to create a moist cooking environment) and bake for 25-30 mins. Remove and enjoy!
