Servings: 1 egg muffin
Calories per serving: 102 cal
Protein per serving: 9 g
Carbs per serving: 2 g
Fat per serving: 6 g (2g sat fat)
¼ cup skim milk
1 cup broccoli (steamed)
4 strips turkey bacon (cooked and crumbled)
½ cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Spray muffin pan with non-stick spray and pre-heat oven to 350. Fill each muffin hole with broccoli, turkey bacon, and cheddar.
2. Scramble eggs, milk, and spices in a large bowl. Then pour eggs into each muffin hole (overtop broccoli), filling almost all the way.
3. Place in oven and bake for 15-20 mins, then remove and enjoy!
