I always eat breakfast on the go, so lately I’ve been experimenting with things that are easy and portable These all-in-one breakfast cups are the perfect way to get a full well-balanced breast in one little portable package!
Servings: 3 (1 serving = 1 egg cup) *I broke down the serving per egg cup to make things easier - I ate 2*
Calories per serving: 140 cal
Protein per serving: 14 g
Carbs per serving: 8 g
1 slice whole wheat bread
3 tablespoon reduced fat cheddar cheese
6 slices low sodium ham
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and gather muffin pan. Use a jar (or something else round) to cut out the center of the bread and place in muffin pan. Take the rest of the bread and make it “round” and stuff it into the bottom of the muffin slots. (Pics included)
2. Fold ham slices in half 2 times (lengthwise) to make strips, and line them around the round edge of the muffin slots.
3. Sprinkle cheese into each muffin slot and then crack 1 egg into each. Top with spices and place in oven for 15 mins. Remove from oven, let cook, and enjoy!
