



Recently, my bff (and fellow RD) Gwyn, and I had the awesome opportunity to do a cooking demo for our local MAC center! We discussed the benefits of healthier desserts, and prepared them for participants This berry cobbler is SO easy... literally 3 ingredients (you can’t get easier than that) but it tastes like something that takes hours to make! And even better: it’s Austin-approved!

Calories per serving: 184
Protein per serving: 2g
Carbs per serving: 40g
Fat per serving: 1.6g
Ingredients:
16 oz bag frozen mixed berries
1 bag white cake mix
1.5 cups diet Sprite
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour bag of mixed berries into a medium-sized glass baking dish. Sprinkle cake mix over top and spread even. Drizzle sprite over top (but do not mix!)
2. Bake for 45-50 mins, remove from oven, and enjoy!
